1-Day Creative Editing Masterclass:  Saturday 19th May, 2012  Bristol

This Art of Editing masterclass is led by BAFTA and EMMY award-winning editor, Martin Elsbury and is an introduction to the creative aspects of the editing process.  There will be talks, presentations and practical demonstrations and students will be encouraged to offer their opinions and ask questions.

1-Day Wildlife Filming Course in Devon: Saturday 14th July, 2012 10.00am – 5.00pm Marsland Nature Reserve, North Devon

Bristol Wildlife Filmmakers have teamed up with Devon Wildlife Trust to offer a unique opportunity to work alongside professional wildlife cameraman, Tim Shepherd, and producer, Sarah Pitt on a 1-Day Wildlife Filming course at the Trust’s beautiful Marsland Nature Reserve in north Devon.

1-Day DSLR and Timelapse Courses

Bristol Wildlife Filmmakers are currently developing a 1-Day Filming Wildlife using DSLR Cameras course and a 1-Day Filming Timelapse Sequences course. Tailor-Made Courses

We also tailor courses to meet the needs of business and conservation bodies. We can provide training days for staff in a variety of different industry skills from filming wildlife to editing wildlife films, from recording wildlife sound to making podcasts for your website. Guest Speakers

Bristol Wildlife Filmmakers can provide a wide range of guest speakers from the world of natural history filmmaking.

Last year producer, Karen Partridge, spoke about the importance of research in wildlife filmmaking at Wildview Taiwan. She also delivered a seminar entitled Capturing Close Encounters at ProVideo 2011.
